Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a South Carolina native with a deep love for the Columbia community. I graduated with a Masters degree from the University of South Carolina in 2019. My office is located walking distance from downtown Columbia or USC's campus.
My clients describe my therapy style as nonjudgemental and relaxed. I believe therapy is a space to download stress and leave it behind. I strive to create a peaceful and welcoming environment whether you are attending in person or virtually.
My clients are college students, young professionals, and adults who are tired of feeling like they aren't "enough", physically, emotionally, professionally, or romantically.
Let's dig into what fuels our self-esteem:
What do we value in life and are we living by those values? Let's untangle your self-worth from the judgement of friends, family, and partners. You are more than your anxiety, depression, or eating disorder.
