My clients are college students, young professionals, and adults who are tired of feeling like they aren't "enough", physically, emotionally, professionally, or romantically.

Let's dig into what fuels our self-esteem:

our values

What do we value in life and are we living by those values? Let's untangle your self-worth from the judgement of friends, family, and partners. You are more than your anxiety, depression, or eating disorder.

Who do I work with?
